71. Frank Sanders and Sarah Ann (Rolley) Sanders with their daughter Elizabeth, born 1893. On the basis of this we would date the photograph as about 1898. They are standing in front of a house in the High Street just above the cross, on the right-hand side. Their address is given in the 1901 Census as 'High Street, Bonsall'. They had a son Frank in 1898 and we think that Sarah Ann looks pregnant, giving further credence to our date. By 1903 they had another daughter Emma (my mother) and were by then living on Ember Lane - the address on my mother's birth certificate. Grandfather Frank worked at Hollins Mill in the Via Gellia, as indeed had his wife at one time, and was to come with the firm to Radford Mill in Nottingham - about 1906.
