113. Yeoman's Stores (now a garage next to Dale End House). The photo was taken in 1948 when the Latham family took it over. "There were white silk stockings," remembers Margaret, "which were part of the stock we bought, along with clogs and various other odd items, these were bought by Mrs Pearson who lived in Yeoman Street, she saved them to wear when she was 'laid out' ready for her funeral."
